Actually I see the same Treaty. It took them over a year to come clean and admit the Belize wells were non-commercial and then still not completely by saying they might drill deeper. It's always something. They drilled deeper with San Juan 1 and still nothing. Not to mention no report as to what they actually found in San Juan 1.
They knew about the McComas problems for months as well. And gave out no real details. Just glossed over it...Then on to the next big thing. drilling more wells. Treaty has yet to drill a successful well.
Here's a few questions they did not answer in the CC...
How are the unlimited funds being paid for? Nobody loans money to a penny stock for free .
Who is the source of the unlimited funds?
Why haven't the 8-k's for the change in management been filed and why was the 8-K for the AS increase so late?
Why didn't Treaty obtain the old seismic from the area in Belize a long time ago?
How did Treaty end up with 50% of the concession in Belize when they do not have the wherewithal and expertise to do exploration?
How can you claim 6 million in reserve's when there have been no studies showing that?
Why didn't the Belize well's that are now considered not viable commercially get PR'd?
How do you get a 55 foot payzone in San Juan 2 when there are only traces of oil?
Why didn't Treaty drill deeper in the first place when you had no seismic and didn't no what you were drilling into in the first place?
Why would you start a drilling company buy rigs and then not use your own company to drill your own wells where you had complete control over scheduling in a market that is as tight as it is in Texas?
Why do you have a profile picture on facebook of a well being swabbed that leads folks to believe that the oil is free flowing from the well?
Why would you make wild production estimate again and again and again that never ever come remotely close?
Why do you keep saying you are going to drill all these wells and then not? You have had 2 permits for the Wooldridge Mack lease for a year. When will those be drilled?
How can you compare Treaty with the big oil companies when the only thing in common is you call yourselves a oil company?
When did Treaty acquire the Mitchell lease? What did you pay for it? And why is it still listed with US fuels as operator?
What Relationship does David Jakobot and US Fuels have with Treaty?
Are you aware of his past dealings?
How much is Treaty paying TNC to drill wells in Texas? How much for the Well on the Mitchell?
Why is it taking so long to apply for a permit for the Mitchell lease?
Why was the Mitchell lease keep a secret?
