"We pleaded"...why are we pleading with someone who works for us???...that's what they get paid to accomplish...WHAT WE ask for...there is no pleading in an agreement of workload...IF they are negligent...we punish them...IF they are incompetent..WE blow them OUT...NO Pleading is necessary.
