Couldn't agree with you more Captn...the problem in the Philippines was, IF... YOU as a doctor went ahead with a CSP for your patient...you also became personally liable for the outcome...if it went sideways..so did you and your practice...BIG Problem... with the sphincter muscle on that one...not many takers...hard to lay blame.
