What I remember is GNBT on the SEC operating table for 10 months, during which time they were working hard to satisfy a host of SEC concerns. And they were silent during that period. It wasn’t a ‘quiet period’ per se, but GNBT was in the operating room for a long, long time and said not a peep about it. Of course the entire organization might instead have recently departed the country for and taken residence in China. We won’t know until they choose to formally update everyone. We hope for that update soon. Whatever the news.
