Here is a question. Is it possible that Generex / NGIO could be put in a 'quiet period' by the SEC during the timeline period when they were supposed to be providing an update on the IND in July / August for some reason, which has now delayed their ability to respond?
I believe Joe is putting things out on FB and on Linkdn, but not on what they are doing or in the actual capacity of speaking for Generex / NGIO.
So, is it possible that the SEC and Generex / NGIO are having conversations on the IPO or something else which puts them in a quiet period and thus they can't jeopardize what they are working on?
just a thought here.
