I couldn't find a "recommend" tab per se, but with I clicked on the little square box with a star, the count got higher by 1. Then I clicked it again, just to see -- and a box came up saying "Are you sure you want to remove your recommendation?" --

so that confirmed -- the square with the star in it is the recommend button
