Yep rodman, there are a lot of fingers pointed in that direction
BIEL made a vague statement in the 8/30 PR, "BioElectronics is working to accommodate additional orders", that could be their way of acknowledging the situation.
The good news is that the ActiPatch device uses such a small amount of electronic parts that I feel BIEL can turn this around soon.
BIEL's manufacturer, CICD Technologies in China, is 'All In' as shown by their advertising BIEL products on their Home Page.
