of course...thats the plan..merge conglomerate companies into unvc inc shell becomes UNVC conglomerate inc. just need to be at 4$ min for a period of time(not sure of timeline) to stay on Nasdaq..with that said..we could be trading at that amount even in the otc...lol. many companies do..but to attract a larger audience and $ in best interest of company to uplist.
