This issue did need to be correct but OTC should have caught it before APPROVING us pink current. This issue FALLS solely on them and their incompetence.
OTC was not clear, thats what they wanted. THEY APPROVED us and put us to pink current, then changed their mind and said they wanted all documents amended. That is not docs fault. But now it’s become Docs problem, he is working diligently to get it resolved quickly.
