The termination right is Vyera’s if the product is not approved within two years so CYDY delaying for two years does not allow CYDY to get out of the deal.
Unlikely Vyera would exercise that right to terminate but might accept a buyout
Best way to revenue is to hit those milestones which starts with successful BLA submission
