The date of conversion was originally suppose to happen on 3/31/2021 when Pasaca was suppose to invest the rest of the $15 million and own 51% of the shares.

Now it is if and when QMC fulfills the requirements of the agreement, like being current on filings, and if and when Pasaca decides to close the deal to own 51%.
