Re: HHIGambler #103095
HHigambler
I did not say I was going to vote for a dissident slate of directors with a weak plan and no announced quality CEO to implement the plan once it is defined someday.
I simply plan to withhold my vote for NP if his team can’t deliver the BLA by their declared date of OCT 15.
If I remember correctly we were originally told it would be refilled
In OCT of 2020 then when that came and went the next publicly promised date was April 2021 - that didn’t get close to happening and meboob was gone. They we were told sections would be submitted by certain dates some in September 2021 and the last section by October 15. We even heard that the FDA gave good responses to the presubmission document and. NP did not change the date. Now we may not hit the third (or more ) promised date and it in fact may be missed by quite a bit.
Each of these times we were told that they had a good idea of what the FDA was looking for and they felt comfortable they had the ability to meet their needs. How are we to trust the next deadline - you can make all the potential excuses but it is NP giving the dates and then wildly missing them.
If there are better opportunities that they are chasing instead then the share price should reflect the better results- I purposely set my target at $3.75 in case there is resistance at $4.00 because that is the NASDAQ target - don’t get me started on the tease that we would uplift to that exchange earlier this year.
The best way to avoid dilution is to generate revenue which would have been HIV if we could have submitted successfully sometime over the past two years.
You vote your way- I hope to vote for NP because the company not just one but both my targets but it is time to perform.
I have waited patiently since 2017 - we need that golden quarter - now.
IMO

My personal hurdle for voting for NP is BLA fully filed by Oct 15th (his promise to the shareholders) or stock price over $3.75 by the time we have to vote.
