Cody, here is my problem with the if the company has decided to take a break. That was not the deal with the company. The company specifically stated they were putting in the IND. The company specifically said they were doing other things such as an IPO. The company specifically said they had other deals going on. The company specifically said they were getting Excellegan ready to send out.

So, the question is where specifically are any of these happening or where have they specifically happened, when at least some or all should have by now and reported on. There should be no break. None. It is the duty of the company to report on these to their shareholders / public when they give out timelines in PRs and then those timelines pass and nothing happens or it should be, as it shows a lack of accountability when people have literally invested millions of dollars into said company.
