I feel that dr dalton absolutely needs to address the shareholders about this situation, and not with a 5 word tweet. In this type of situation silence is NOT golden, it's problematic. He needs to explain to everyone what's been happening and what's being done to rectify it. Otherwise the illusion is that's he's just a hands off CEO and that doesn't recruit new investors!
