It seems that you are assuming that Recknor and Nitya Ray would walk away if the new BOD came in. Why do you think that?
I think there is a decent chance that both would stay, particularly if they believe in the science and believe they are on the cusp of having a major impact on Covid, Cancer and HIV. That has to be the most exciting career opportunity imaginable.
