I see much angst about the BLA timeline (or lack thereof) and rightly so. The can continues to get kicked further down the road....but is this strategic? I feel like there was a 2 year timeline clause on the Vyera deal from Dec 2019 that if CYDY didn't get approval in 2 years they could part ways. I'd have to go back and look, but no time at the moment. Just posting in case someone else remembers or knows the same info.

Easier to get a deal done with another Pharma if Vyera is out of the picture. Not saying this is true, or what is being done. Just a thought.
