OK, so you've already got your excuse if the SP goes down tomorrow..."fake manipulation". So you just cannot lose by having a built in excuse. Fantastic. Um...what's real manipulation?
P.S. Sometimes the SP goes down because potential investors are tired of "soon" and "God willing" and "It's ready to file...except it isn't".
