Energy, IMO most everything happening on the national and world political front was planned. The idea is to make the USA look weak so it fits into a New World Order, run by the UN. China? Hey, they have the planned economy the world will have. Most do not own real-estate, all rent. Lots of mass transit, most live in cities with camera's everywhere, cashless society, etc. The goal is 2030 and they are well on their way.
Vaccines masks, quaintness etc., get us used to taking orders and the current back and forth about the validity of vaccines and COVID itself just disguises the main goal of world population reduction.
