NO!

Leo does not have to report ANY possible "Compassionate Use" requests and FULFILMENT RESULTS...Why?...because the administration not being a double-blinded...positive reconciliation of Covid could not be conclusively be determined to be causally related to Brilacidin...

But wouldn't it be interesting if no one died AFTER being administered Brilacidin or that there were miraculous recoveries or turnarounds? Leo could possibly know...but in any event could not report.

There is no way LEO knows the results of the just-completed Trials, and will not know until CRO/DATA Analysis is ready to be reported...but IMO he could know the results of Compassionate Use...to the extent of them recovering after Brilacidin is administered, or passing regardless of administration...


IMO all will be reported AFTER TOPLINE is reported...

IMO DeGrado's theory, the RBLs results, the RBL's reporting of continued Testing of Brilacidin...i.e. Science tells us...Leo is likely walking around with a smile on his face...
