Waiting for court to ratify the SEC settlement of the nonsense whipped up by those lobbying the SEC to shut down JBI last year...

processor 1 had to be reworked due to design changes and the reliability of the first CHINESE reactor vessels not equalling the later design... seems all the high volume testing took a toll on it. Rumor/guesses seem to be that parts for processor 3 got diverted to retrofit of p1.

Processor 3 likely will get completed NLT Q2 of this year. The first RKT site is to be Jax, FL. Expect that JBI will be moving by the time RKT site begins to go hot with its first processor if not before.

Been a few delays... for every reason imaginable... growing pains/inexperience at JBI. outside attacks by manipulators of stocks on the OTC, unexpected tests/inspections required by whale investors, and maybe even delays of processor parts in the pipeline since p1 required rework.

However, I think 2013 is the turning point to the upside and uplist late in the year.
