I'm really wondering why they just don't let the accounting firm sign off on whatever they can and move past this thing no matter how the chips fall. This long term log jam is not good for anybody! Not being able to buy the stock by most I assume including myself should be catalyst enough to resolve this issue in an acceptable accounting firm way. If they have to take the most conservative avenue for resolution then so be it.
