If current team delivers & pps goes up, I would think that anyone who sold because of 13d pr storm would want to have the conversation. Not sure where it goes. Imo, the 13d entity is much smaller than advertised & lacks the size & the class for a "class action".
In today's world of frivolous lawsuits, I agree with J that moral servitude would not be an impingement where law is concerned. The money or lack of it would.
