So 13D has done no harm to shareholders, huh? People violating by-laws, costing the company legal fees to have the by-laws enforced, then those people trying to refuse being deposed --
I say that's damage to shareholders, in the form of legal fees that the company should not have had to pay, had 13D followed the by-laws and not been deceptive in their evasion of legitimate information shareholders needed to make an informed decision.
