Many of you long time investors probably already know this, but I just learned it and wanted to share for other newbies on basic requirements to go to NASDAQ. This quote is from investopedia.
"Companies that want to list on the Nasdaq, on the other hand, are required to have 1.25 million public shares held by at least 550 shareholders with a collective market value of $45 million."
Now with our financials updated and published, I know we have the share count (some individuals own more than this requirement), I think we have the shareholders count. So 45 million divided by public share count should give us the minimum share price requirement to uplist.
