Re: Firelife619 #102810
I think that we actual shareholders should file a class action suit against 13D, to recover legal fees that they are costing the company because they failed to fill out the forms correctly.
There are 2 possibilities:
1) They are so incredibly incompetent that they filled out the forms incorrectly, and when allowed to amend them, they STILL didn't fill in all of the relevant information.
2) They didn't fill out the forms correctly on purpose, thinking that they could get away with deception. And, they are costing the company additional legal fees because they are trying to avoid giving depositions.
In either case -- we would seem to have grounds for a lawsuit asking them to pay CYDY's legal fees.
And by the way -- as those are the ONLY two possibilities -- do you want people who are either incredibly incompetent, or incredibly dishonest, running a company YOU have invested in?
