I think many of Biden's proposed capital gains tax increases are probably too extreme for many Republicans and some Democrats.
IMO his proposed capital gains increases will probably be watered down to 28% in the upper levels (from 23.8%).
I doubt he will get his proposed 43.4% taxes for profits greater than $1 million.
