That's the movie, Evil! A tiny company has greatest medical treatment since penicillin, and knows it.... its refugee CEO tries and fails to alert the world... while millions die in a pandemic. Why doesn't anyone listen to him? Because it's a dystopian world, powered by greed alone. He goes from country to country, failing to believe that no one wants to save human lives. Kafka meets film noir.
