I was a headhunter for years supporting civil, structural, mechanical engineering, and architectural personnel. There are people who can interview well.. but, are less on the job, and those that have issues on the people front, but kill it on the technical side. If you want a grunt, that can dance circles...then you are the Decider...not an easy task.
