RJ, if Bintai went with another vaccine to distribute, this doesn't look good for Generex / NGIO. They missed a timeline and it shows Bintai got tired of waiting. The IND was supposed to be put in and approved by now and trials looking forward and we have nothing yet.

While I am speculating, this looks like a lack of confidence towards Generex / NGIO and each day without news simply reinforces that feeling and that something is wrong with the IND.
