How it the world did the accounting firm give anything to the Company without it being in final approval or final draft for filling.
Seems to me if it was just a rough draft for the company to look at for review, that would have been clearly stated at the time the accounting firm sent it over to the company! And this was over 3 weeks ago, so if it was that close to final approval for the company to get a rough draft, then it really shouldn't take this long on this particular filling?
