I didn't know what a CDN was the first time he mentioned it and had to look it up. It's also right in line with when he told us they had to beef up the infrastructure, servers, in order to make sure there were no crashes. The deeper I look into the potential scale that may be needed, the more insane it gets, it's going to be massive. I can see that they definitely need to build or buy one.

You also made some good points about percentages. 2% of a $10.00 item won't cut it.
