Truth is that getting even ONE approval makes this entire financing discussion moot. Nobody is going to loan us money needed to fund ongoing trials and overhead without a steep price being extracted, either Fife's way or through a partnership.
Having heard nothing positive from 13d's in their presentation regarding funding and reading the overwhelmingly negative response on every board I watch as to reverse splits, this is the end of any thought anyone should have as to their viability going forward.
