So was I I enjoying the open, and sorry, not meaning to single you out at all.
But there are only two ways out of the snake pit. Kill all the snakes (defend in court) or climb out of the snake pit (get a dang approval already).
Since I'm currently getting snakebit and don't have a rope, I'm gonna go with kill all the snakes.
Sorry for using the word asinine. But we didn't cause the litigation, yet we MUST win the litigation, IMHO.

PS I wanted the Joker to win for the calendar year slam, but was torn for the 20 year old American kid. He was pretty darn good.
