We did not change our auditors. They did a name change and that was it. Because of this we did not need a new consent from the new audit company because there was not a new audit company . We amended the 10-k to reflect that there was a name change. We spoke to them about this and clarified the beginning of this month after that letter went out. It is I very simple non issue. I am sure the bashers will try to make it a big deal which it is not. But they will take anything and try to twist it into some thing it is not.
