13D has done nothing but attack, distort, and cost shareholders share value and legal costs.
Anyone who has already demonstrated an allegiance to them, shouldn’t post here. Any existing longs who feel there’s some value in specific points — eg what Ohm said about 350mg vs 700 — are absolutely
welcome to discuss.
So no, Sword, Closet, Rocco etc can’t come here and “discuss” because it won’t be in good faith.
Based on the 13D approach from Day One I personally don’t think they’ve earned the right to be respected in the way you suggest, nor are the mods here to serve your bidding. That doesn’t mean everyone isn’t welcome to listen to the call. I may listen tomorrow but based on what I’ve been told thus far, I don’t expect my “better the devil you know” stance will change.
