Anyone with an open mind would "feel" better and think they have a better understanding of the 13d group's reasoning. Of course, you have to be able to take them at their word about no interest in IncellDX, no reverse split etc.

They are saying they have non-dilutive financing for a Phase 3 long hauler study. Who the heck knows how long that would take to get going.

They don't have an answer for financing otherwise.
