There are no IPO rules or share issuance rules or sophisticated bankers behind the scenes in crypto either. It is a more level playing field. The average investor has much better of a chance succeeding than they do in OTC stocks. At least that’s my opinion. The hustle of the OTC may be in a multi year decline looking forward. Luckily for him Mark will be retiring soon so he won’t have to reinvent the wheel.
