This is some people's hard earned money Steve, whether they invested a little or a lot, to let something sit on the back burner (IF TRUE) is unacceptable & not to mention avoidable! You don't ignore the SEC...   It's one thing putting money at risk (nature of investing in stock market) but unknowingly investing in what most thought was something on the up & up & to be hit with this SEC crap is just plain bad for everyone involved. It should be dealt with right away.  I truly hope he comes on here soon to explain....
