I agree, I believe a 8K summited for every material event. I am sure DOC does not want to have to submit 10 8K"s to get the conglomerate together. I expect a lot to reveled soon. Heck the Times announcement has to be on a 8K.. I might be wrong but 2 weeks is what i thought I read a PR of a material act must be summited on a 8K. So I expect thing to move quickly.
