Coordination between the 13D and shorting is quite likely. Looking at the CYDY ORTEX graph all way back to July 1917 we see that shorting began to rise in the end of Feb 21, reached 100% sometime in March and peaked in June 21 when free float on loan rose twice as much as on June 29 on the eve of the $10 crash.
