Yes, but as Mr. Rich pointed out (as much as I despise him) the latest letter from the SEC is dated 1/22/2013 addressing the Same issue!  Unless it is photo shopped, I will take what he posted as a fact until Steve proves otherwise, still waiting......

If he cleared it up in August of 2012 then he should not be hearing from the SEC in 2013!  Come on Steve!
