well, we can agree to disagree i guess. i just think we need to get out of that ditch.
if we can deliver on either: (i) getting Brazil started, or (ii) successfully submit the BLA, i think the momentum and excitement those events create will minimize any attention the 13D group gets. either of those will be a punch in the face to 13D. so much more powerful than any letter or lawsuit drafted by some slick Wall Street Law Firm that's charging us through the nose.
