it's high time we move beyond this lawsuit, bickering, fighting phase. we can't afford the distraction - and when you employ teams of lawyers to defend against a bunch of clowns (who couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag), it's not a good thing. i don't know what the final bill will be, but it wouldn't surprise me to be in the millions when you have teams of high-priced Wall Street lawyers employed for what will be months. some of it's necessary i suppose, but it's been ugly to watch and we're footing the bill as shareholders.
as Bob Seger (and Metallica) say: let's "turn the page". Time to report the beginning of Brazil, or BLA progress, or both. Let's not spend air time on this upcoming CC to mention any of the 13D - they're not worth the airtime. What is worth it, is to tell how many patients have been treated in Brazil. LFG!!!!
