***Great news from HWBI - just got the answer below as response to my inquiry I sent last night.

My inquiry: "Are you considering becoming a fully reporting company in any near future, or planning on remaining a pink stock?"

"Yes, we plan on filing for fully reporting status, but that can only be done when we have complete audit history, which we are in the process of obtaining from the previous ownership. Once received, then we will clean and make the necessary filings."
