Sent him a support email on Thursday. Also promised to leave him alone until after the annual report is out. There's a hell of a lot more reasons for him to keep quite than there are to prematurely give info.

The more I think about it the more I think the SEC might have had a problem with him saying he intended to up list to the QX with no additional actions 5 months later(when it was suspended). Just my thoughts.
