my point is that government funding does not result in profitbility. IMO, it is not a good reason to invest. I would rather a company be successful  on it's own merits. Otherwise, there is no incentive to  breed real efficiency or entrepreneurism... (??, spelling? lol) entrepreneurialismishness or something.
