Did you understand the interaction between Il-10 and CCR5 expression. CCR5 expression up-regulated by anti inflammatory IL-10.
Is monocyte activation a response to a weighted average of CCR5 RO? I would have guessed response to cumulative RO. Perhaps increased CCR5 expression a negative feedback balancing response to RO.
This question has bothered me and literature search has been fruitless.
