Went by to visit one of VERB new users which is just down the street from me: Heliosdx. Which I am now also a shareholder of with many of 100's thousand shares.
I asked the CEO how they were using VERBlive and he showed me the video. Screenshot below. The user can just click on one of the forms and it will popup the form. He said that he liked the AI and CRM behind the scene numbers.
