I only follow the 13D discourse here, lieHub and occasionally on FB.
If the 13D is in control of the narrative, they are not doing a great job. The vast majority seem quite critical of the inability of the 13D to articulate the oft-promised plan leading to salvation.
As Jake and MarcS note, the court actions are ongoing, but do not present 13D in a favorable light and may result in disqualification of their proxy efforts.
I doubt that the 13D group expected the reception that they received.
