I agree it is important to read info the company presents carefully. Sometimes, filings/PR's get a little wordy, are confusing and I believe presented in such a way as to provide cover down the road.

I have seen this with CYDY as well so I don't think it is unique to GNBT/NGIO.

OTOH, these are reputable companies Joe and team have as partners and would have done their due diligence on GNBT/NGIO.
